The Jet 573429 29/64″ JET-KUT COBALT Cobalt Jobber Drill Bit:
- Heavy duty bits for drilling in hard, tough metals, free machining stainless steel, high temperature alloys, titanium and certain plastics
- High red hardness of cobalt steel allows 30% higher drilling speeds over regular high speed steel drill bits
- Self-centering 135º split points eliminate “walking” and the need for center punching
- Bronze oxide (gold) ground flutes finish reduce friction for cooler cutting and longer service life
- Special flute form enhances chip ejection while reducing drill retractions and improving coolant flow to the tip
- For best results use in rigidly held, positive feed drilling equipment
- NOTE: Drill bits are sold in package quantities or multiples thereof.
